Ladies Exercise Group
9:00-10:00 am: meet Monday mornings in St Paul's Church Foyer​

Started many years ago by a physiotherapist, the group has since been run by several enthusiastic members. We offer a friendly environment with low-impact exercises suitable for those recovering from illness. Exercise has been linked to many health benefits and even increasing longevity - we have members over 90 years of age! Each session is $2 (proceeds divided between St Paul's Church and the Katikati Food Bank).

Walking Group
9:30 am: meet Thursday mornings in St Paul's Church Carpark

A group meet weekly to walk and enjoy fellowship with each other. We meet at 9:30 am at the Church every Thursday morning and car pool if we are going out of town. We walk briskly for about an hour or so and then are always ready for a coffee together afterwards if possible. We welcome new walkers as this is a good time to share in fellowship together.

Men's Prayer Breakfast
7:30-9:00 am: meet the first Saturday of the month in St Paul's Church Lounge

This is a Men's Ministry that reaches out to all men of every race, age, and denomination. It is a time of fellowship, breaking of bread, support, encouragement, testimony, devotion and prayer. It provides a form of fellowship that gives attendees the chance to unite in prayer over a common theme. Come and join us as we meet as one in the name of our Lord.
